ReturnsOnly accepted by authorisation of the Norwich office provided the original invoice number and date is quoted. Returns will not be accepted less than six months or more than one year after the date of the original invoice. In normal circumstances, credit will only be given for resaleable returns. We reserve the right to impose a handling charge to a maximum of 50% of the value of the returned goods in the event of these conditions not being met.
